Buying a ticket / registering for the festival, you agree with the rules of the festival “Jazz on the Dnieper-2020”.
Working schedule of “Jazz on the Dnieper-2020”:
1.1. Each visitor of the festival “Jazz on the Dnieper-2020” and the camping zone agrees with these rules when buying a ticket/registering for the fan-zone.
1.2. Anyone who does not comply with these rules may be refused to enter the territory of the festival “Jazz on the Dnieper-2020” and the camping zone or may be asked to leave the territory of the festival / camping location.
1.3. The festival will be held in Dnipro city, Ukraine.
2.1. At the entrance you need to show a ticket for one of the days or a confirmation of registration. After scanning the barcode, you will be given a special bracelet that gives you the right of limited re-entry and exit (up to three times per festival day inclusive) to the festival territory. The bracelet is valid only if you were given it at the entrance to the festival, it is activated and has no damage. Spoiled, removed from the hand and broken bracelets can not be exchanged. A prerequisite for re-entry is to show the bracelet on your hand to the control service.
2.2. Every visitor of the territory of the festival “Jazz on the Dnieper-2020” and the camping zone undertakes not to remove the bracelet on its own. In case of self-removal of the bracelet or accidental damage to it, representatives of the festival have the right to ask you to leave the territory without refund of the entrance ticket.
2.3. There is no age limit for visiting the festival. Attendance by kids is regulated in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
The law prohibits children up to 16 years from 22:00 to 6:00 to be in places/events where activities in the area of entertainment and catering facilities are carried out, if they are not accompanied by at least one of the parents or another legal representative of the child.
2.4. The organizer has the right to verify the identity of the festival visitors at the entrance to the territory. Identity documents include: passport, driver’s license or birth certificate, or a copy thereof.
2.5. Owners of registered (invitation) tickets must provide an identity document (or a copy of it) to receive the bracelets. Otherwise, the invitation tickets will be canceled.
2.6. Purchasing a ticket means your automatic consent to all types of photos and videos of your person and public use of these materials by the organizers without obtaining additional consent from your side.
3.Behaviour rules at the festival
3.1. On the territory of the festival “Jazz on the Dnieper” and the camping area the following visitors are not allowed:

4.1. The control of access to the territory of the festival “Jazz on the Dnieper-2020” and the camping zone is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
4.2. It is prohibited to bring to the territory of the festival “Jazz on the Dnieper”:

5.At the territory of the festival “Jazz on the Dnieper-2020” is prohibited :

7.Entrance to the festival with tickets
7.1. Attendance of 1 and 2 days of the festival is free and does not require registration or tickets.
7.2. A visit to the 3 and 4 days of the festival in the fan zone, according to the time of the festival, requires mandatory registration via the festival’s website of the festival “Jazz on the Dnieper”. The quote of fan places is limited in order to make the stay at the festival comfortable for all participants.
7.3. A visit to the 3 and 4 days of the festival in an odium requires the mandatory purchase of a ticket.
7.4. It is forbidden to resell festival tickets.
8.Distribution of advertisement at the festival territory
8.1. It is completely forbidden to distribute promo-materials products at the territory of the festival or near it without the agreement with Organizers. For partnership and sponsorship with the festival, please, send your requests to email@example.com.
9.Preferential categories’ rules
9.1. Preferential categories that receive free admission or a discount on a ticket:
10.1. The organizer has the right to cancel or postpone “Jazz on the Dnieper-2020” in case of force majeure. Force majeure circumstances include, but are not limited to: terrorist attacks, bad weather, strikes, fires, wars, government intervention, pandemics, artists’ illnesses, martial law.
10.2. Refunds for tickets are made only if the event is canceled and only the nominal value of the ticket is compensated. Commission / service charge is not refundable.
11.Changing the festival rules
11.1. The organizer has the right to change and amplify these rules of the festival at any time at its discretion.
